TheSlabbed.com is an online registry for graded sports cards and memorabilia items. The Service allows users to submit, display, and search certified (slabbed) collectibles. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual collectors.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To submit items to the registry, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been inactive for an extended period.

When you submit a slab entry, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You own or have the right to register the item
• The cert number and grading details correspond to a legitimately graded item issued by the stated grading company
• Any photos you upload are your own or you have the rights to use them

Submitting false or fabricated cert numbers, grades, or item details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

All submissions are displayed publicly. By submitting content, you grant TheSlabbed.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

Free plan. Free accounts may submit up to 10 slab entries. These submissions do not expire and your registry remains publicly visible. For-sale listings are not available on the free plan.

Pro plan. Pro subscribers pay a recurring subscription fee (monthly at $4.99/mo or annual at $50/yr) and receive unlimited submissions and the ability to add for-sale listing links. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Price changes.We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Pro subscribers may add an external link to a for-sale listing on a third-party platform (e.g., eBay, Whatnot). TheSlabbed.com does not facilitate transactions, hold funds, or act as a marketplace.

We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not display, estimate, or guarantee market values for any item. Any transaction you engage in through an external link is solely between you and the third party. We disclaim all liability for such transactions.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent slab information
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service
• Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringing
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

The TheSlabbed.com name, logo, design, and original content are the property of The Creative Agenda, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without our prior written consent.

Grading company names (PSA, BGS, SGC, HGA, etc.) and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on this site is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We make no representations about the accuracy of third-party grading certifications or the authenticity of any item registered on the Service. Registry entries are user-provided and have not been independently verified.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATIVE AGENDA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Creative Agenda, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
